Experience and Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including solution architecture, technical leadership, or senior development roles.
- C1 English level or higher.

- Strong programmatic Salesforce experience with Apex, LWC, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration patterns.

- Availability to work during Eastern Time (ET) business hours to support US-based clients.

Niuro is hiring a Salesforce Solution Architect for a US consulting company focused on Salesforce solutions for healthcare and other regulated industries. You will lead technical discovery and architecture from initial requirements through go-live across 3–4 concurrent client projects.
You will collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams that include Salesforce developers, administrators, QA professionals, and project stakeholders. As the technical reference and escalation point, you will define architecture, review implementation decisions, communicate trade-offs, and keep delivery aligned with each client’s business and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions with clients to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Define solution architecture, data models, security models, automation strategies, and integration approaches.
- Design and guide integrations with third-party systems through REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Provide technical direction and code/solution reviews to developers, administrators, and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to explain technical decisions, trade-offs, risks, and recommendations.
- Manage technical delivery across multiple projects or workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
