Web Developer

About the Role
We are looking for a forward-thinking Django Developer with 3–4 years of experience who actively uses AI coding tools to accelerate development. You will build scalable web applications and APIs while leveraging tools like GitHub Copilot, Antigravity, and the latest AI assistants to write better code, debug faster, and automate repetitive tasks. If you stay up-to-date with AI developments and use them to ship features quickly, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy production-grade Django + DRF applications.

Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.

Use AI tools (Copilot, Antigravity, ChatGPT/Claude for coding) to:

Generate boilerplate code, serializers, and views.

Write and optimize database queries.

Create unit tests and documentation.

Refactor legacy code and debug errors.

Stay current with AI-assisted development workflows and share best practices with the team.

Optimize application performance (caching, async tasks, query optimization).

Collaborate with frontend developers (React/Vue/HTMX) using AI to quickly generate API integration code.

Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have (Django + Python):
3–4 years of professional experience with Python and Django (v3.x or 4.x).

Strong grasp of Django ORM, DRF (serializers, viewsets, auth), and class-based views.

Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL preferred).

Experience with Celery + Redis for async tasks.

Git, Linux command line, and basic deployment knowledge.
