Summary:

As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and operational standards. This role requires careful planning and documentation of security controls to ensure a smooth transition to cloud security-managed services. The position demands continuous evaluation of the security architecture to maintain its effectiveness and adaptability to evolving business needs, while coordinating with various stakeholders to uphold security integrity across cloud environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of cloud security frameworks that support business goals.
• Oversee the documentation and communication of security policies and procedures to ensure clarity and compliance.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of security measures within cloud operations.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow.
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles and best practices.
• Experience in designing and implementing cloud security architectures.
• Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards relevant to cloud environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on collaborative resolution.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityNow.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
