Software Engineer

5+ years of mandatory experience in red teaming (offensive security).

· Familiarity with Active Directory attacks, privilege escalation, and lateral movement techniques

· Good to have experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).

· Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework and TTPs (Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures).

· Ability to simulate real-world attacks on networks, systems, and applications

· Strong understanding of ICS/SCADA protocols (e.g., Modbus, DNP3, OPC, BACnet).

· Conduct penetration tests on SCADA/ICS/OT environments, including PLCs, RTUs, HMIs, and industrial protocols is a plus.

· Experience with IoT devices, firmware analysis, and embedded systems.

· Proficiency in any of tools such as Cobalt Strike, BloodHound , Sliver, Mythic, Impacket , Responder & NTLMRelayX and custom exploit development.

· Familiarity with TTPs used by threat actors targeting OT environments.

· Good to have certifications such as OSCP, CRTO, and CRT .

· Ability to think like an adversary and creatively approach problem-solving.

· Excellent report writing and communication skills.
