We are looking for a Network Specialist with strong infrastructure experience and a service-oriented mindset to support client environments across Puerto Rico.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (routers, firewalls, switches)
- Provide customer-facing technical support (on-site, remote, and phone)
- Implement and support servers, wireless networks, and enterprise systems
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure network security and stability
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in networking or systems infrastructure
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to travel to client locations across Puerto Rico
Additional Details
- Own vehicle required (car allowance provided)
- Approximately 85% of the role involves islandwide travel to client locations across Puerto Rico
- Occasional travel to USVI may be required
- Rotating on-call schedule
- Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
