We are seeking an experienced Information Security Manager with a strong focus on media content protection to take end‑to‑end ownership of our security infrastructure and compliance strategy.
This is a hands‑on, autonomous role that combines classical cybersecurity responsibilities with deep expertise in content lifecycle protection – from secure ingestion of raw studio materials to final delivery of localized assets. You will be the primary driver of our security posture, ensuring alignment with international standards, with particular emphasis on TPN certification and studio‑specific security mandates.
Location: Remote/ Gibrid (Budapest)
Key Objective:
- Lead the preparation for and successful completion of Trusted Partner Network (TPN) audits.
- Maintain and continuously enhance security controls to meet TPN best practices, including physical, administrative, and technical safeguards for high‑value video content.
- Ensure that all localization workflows – from media ingestion to mastering and delivery – comply with the strictest content protection protocols.
- Design, implement, and enforce robust identity and access management policies, including multi‑factor authentication (MFA) , role‑based access control (RBAC) , and data encryption (at‑rest and in‑transit).
- Own the full lifecycle of network architecture design, vulnerability management, patch management, and system hardening.
- Proactively monitor systems for security threats, manage incident response procedures, and ensure rapid containment and remediation with minimal operational disruption.
- Liaise and negotiate with IT security departments of international film studios, localization partners, and content owners to align security postures and satisfy client‑specific security requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all security‑related inquiries from partners and auditors.
- Ensure full readiness for international compliance audits and certifications (TPN).
- Russian language will be a plus for communication with part of the team.
