Job Summary
We are looking for a Red Team Engineer to conduct adversary simulations, offensive security assessments, and penetration testing across our SaaS applications, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise environments. The role focuses on identifying security gaps, validating defensive controls, and improving the organization's overall security posture.
Working Pattern: (Monday- Friday)40 hrs per week
Availability: Full time
Location: Remote, India
What a Day In The Life Looks Like
- Conduct Red Team and adversary emulation exercises.
- Perform web, API, cloud, and infrastructure security assessments.
- Simulate real-world attack techniques aligned with MITRE ATT&CK.
- Assess Azure, AWS, OCI, Kubernetes, and containerized environments.
- Identify, exploit, and document security vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with Blue Team and Engineering teams to improve detections and remediation.
- Develop automation scripts and security tools using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Produce detailed technical reports and executive summaries.
- 3+ years of experience in Offensive Security, Red Teaming, or Penetration Testing.
- Strong knowledge of OWASP Top 10, Active Directory, Identity Security, and cloud security.
- Hands-on experience with web applications, APIs, microservices, and cloud environments.
- Experience with Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, BloodHound, SQLMap, and related security tools.
- Knowledge of Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux.
- Scripting experience in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Strong reporting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience testing AI/LLM-powered features.
- Knowledge of prompt injection, jailbreaks, RAG attacks, model extraction, data leakage vectors.
- OSCP, OSEP, OSWE, CRTO, CRTP, eCPPT, eWPT
- Azure AZ-500 or AWS Security Specialty
