💰 Compensation: $200,000-$250,000 + Bonus (Highly Competitive & Tied to Fund Performance)

A dynamic and innovative energy trading hedge fund in is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead infrastructure, cybersecurity, and systems engineering across a high-performance trading environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on the reliability, security, and scalability of the technology that underpins daily trading operations. You'll work directly with traders, analysts, and senior leadership, while helping shape the firm's long-term infrastructure and security strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Own infrastructure, systems administration, and network operations

• Lead cybersecurity initiatives, including IAM, MFA, VPNs, and endpoint protection

• Ensure the availability and performance of mission-critical trading systems

• Drive IT operations, vendor management, and technology improvements

• Support business continuity, disaster recovery, and security best practices

• Partner closely with traders, analysts, and leadership on technology initiatives

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, or cybersecurity

• Experience within trading, hedge funds, financial services, or other high-performance environments

• Strong knowledge of Windows environments, networking, cloud platforms, and enterprise infrastructure

• Hands-on experience with security controls, access management, and endpoint security

• Strong communicator with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
