Senior IT Systems Engineer – Workplace Technology & Identity

Are you an experienced IT Systems Engineer who loves solving complex problems, automating processes, and building secure technology environments?

We’re looking for a Senior IT systems Engineer to take ownership of the technology ecosystem that enables our employees to do their best work.

This is a highly hands-on role where you’ll work across macOS, JAMF, Microsoft Entra ID, IAM, endpoint management, SaaS, automation, and security — while having real ownership over how our workplace technology evolves.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve our workplace technology ecosystem
• Manage and optimise JAMF and macOS environments
• Own Microsoft Entra ID and IAM capabilities
• Build and maintain SSO, SCIM, identity lifecycle and access governance
• Manage endpoint provisioning, compliance, patching, security and lifecycle
• Drive Zero Trust, least-privilege and secure authentication practices
• Build automation and scripting solutions that allow IT to scale
• Manage our wider SaaS and collaboration ecosystem
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive root-cause resolution
• Improve IT processes, workflows, documentation and operational efficiency
• Lead projects from discovery → implementation → ongoing optimisation
• Partner with teams across the business and provide an exceptional employee experience

Experience

• Previous experience in IT Engineering, Systems Engineering, Workplace Technology or similar
• Strong hands-on JAMF + macOS experience
• Deep experience with Microsoft Entra ID / IAM
• Strong knowledge of SSO, SCIM and identity lifecycle management
• Experience implementing Zero Trust and least-privilege security
• Advanced scripting and automation capabilities
• Enterprise endpoint/MDM experience
• Strong SaaS administration experience
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Fluent Spanish and English
