Cybersecurity Expert – Oracle LDAP

Location: Paris, France

Years of relevant experience: 12+ years in security operations

Hybrid - 4 days from work from office, 1 day from home

Language : French + English

Overview :

The role provides senior cybersecurity expertise with a strong focus on Oracle LDAP–based directory services and identity and access management platforms. The position supports the integration of new IAM features, ensures platform stability and performance, and drives continuous improvement and automation within complex Linux-based production environments.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the delivery of IAM roadmap milestones, including service accounts, generic accounts, dormant account controls, and just-in-time access initiatives.

• Provide expert-level support on Oracle LDAP directory services and related authentication mechanisms such as LDAP bind and Kerberos.

•Ensure consistency, stability, and performance of directory platforms through global technical oversight.

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize platform performance to anticipate capacity needs and guarantee service levels.

• Support production deployment of new features and implement continuous improvement and automation solutions.

Mandatory Skills:

• Expert knowledge of LDAP-based directory services

• Strong experience with Oracle LDAP or equivalent enterprise directory platforms

• Advanced cybersecurity expertise in identity and access management

• Linux system administration in production environments

• Strong understanding of network and DNS architectures

• Experience with Apache HTTP Server and Tomcat

• Automation using Ansible

• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills

Specific Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering large-scale IAM or directory service initiatives

• Ability to ensure operational stability (MCO) of Linux production environments linked to directory services

•Strong autonomy and senior-level technical leadership capabilities

•Availability to work in a Paris-based hybrid model (50% on-site, 50% remote)

Appreciated Skills:

• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform

•Exposure to Zero Trust security concepts and just-in-time access models

• Experience with performance monitoring and capacity planning

• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
