About the Role Culmen International is hiring a Sr Financial Analyst to serve as the senior financial advisor supporting fund management, reporting, compliance, and financial operations. This is a talent pipeline position for future opportunities. What You’ll Do in Your New Role - Lead financial analysis and reporting initiatives. - Support strategic financial planning. - Analyze complex funding and reimbursement issues. - Provide recommendations to leadership. - Oversee financial compliance activities. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree. - Ten (10) years of relevant experience. - Experience with federal government. - Strong Excel and financial reporting skills. Desired Qualifications - Master's degree preferred.
