Requirements

  • Higher education;
  • 3+ years of work experience in international logistics;
  • Preferable experience with IT equipment;
  • Knowledge of the basic concepts and principles of international trade;
  • Knowledge of document flow of international transportation of goods;
  • Knowledge of Incoterms rules.

Responsibilities

  • Placement of orders with manufacturers;
  • Control of orders at all stages of production and delivery;
  • Interaction with manufacturers to accelerate, coordinate the time of shipment;
  • Maintaining a database of orders and their statuses;
  • Complaint management with manufacturers, resolution of disputes;
  • Registration and control of payments to manufacturers;
  • Preparation of reports for manufacturers.
