Job Description

Take full ownership of a BCN Micro-Fulfilment Center, transforming complex supply chain and store logistics into a flawless customer experience. You will build, mentor, and inspire a team of ~30 Front Line Employees and Leads while fostering a culture of continuous improvement through actionable data analysis. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, you will scale operational efficiency and own the long-term success of the MFC business model. 

THE JOURNEY 

• Be owner of part of the MFCs ES OKRs.

• Manage one MFCs of Barcelona (around 30 employees in charge).

• Manage a team of Picker and Couriers. Hire, train and mentor all the Team Members.

• Continuously facilitate analysis and dashboards to give visibility on the performance of the main operational KPIs.

• Develop MFCs business model with a 360º mindset.

• Coordinate all the operations of the MFC, both on the Logistics side and the Store.

• Work with a cross-functional team (Operations, CatMan, Finance, Health and Safety, Procurement…) to achieve quick and flawless execution.

• Lead project implementation analysis and translate it into actionable tasks to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Min of 3 + yr of experience in fast-paced environments (Logistics, operations, Supply, etc.).

• Ability and experience to manage large work teams and lead changes.

• A data-driven mentality: taking decisions based on data and using good business judgment when necessary. 

• You've got good judgment but own up to your mistakes.

• You find smart and elegant solutions to complex, multi-disciplinary problems.

• You're highly agile and thrive in ambiguous environments.

• You are always respectful, kind, and fair. All of your reports speak highly of you as a manager and leader.

• You have an ambition that makes some people think you're crazy while inspiring others.

• You’re an owner, you have a natural bias for action, are always pushing for things to happen, and are objective and deadline-oriented.

• You’ve great communication skills, and ability to engage internal and external stakeholders. English communication is a must. 

• An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude.
