I’m partnering with a growing international technology business that is expanding its EMEA technical operation in Warsaw, and we’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist with strong GIS / Esri expertise to join the team.

This isn’t a traditional first-line support position.

You’ll be working directly with customers across Europe, getting under the hood of genuinely complex technical issues across GIS applications, Esri environments, databases and supporting infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

• Diagnose and resolve complex GIS and software issues
• Troubleshoot ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise / Server and Esri Portal
• Analyse GIS data, mapping workflows and geoprocessing issues
• Investigate database, web service and application configuration problems
• Work directly with customers as a trusted technical advisor
• Support platform upgrades, configurations and integrations
• Test fixes and new functionality
• Work closely with Product, Engineering and Project teams on complex escalations
• Help customers get more value from their GIS technology and workflows

What we're looking for

You'll ideally bring 3–5 years' experience across technical support, GIS, application support or a similarly technical customer-facing environment.

Strong experience with:

• Esri ArcGIS / ArcGIS Pro
• ArcGIS Server / Enterprise
• Esri Portal
• GIS data analysis & geoprocessing
• Complex technical troubleshooting
• Backend databases / SQL tooling
• Customer-facing technical support

Exposure to Python or scripting would also be highly valuable.

Particularly interesting if you've worked with:

• APIs or system integrations
• Telecoms / fibre networks
• Utilities
• Network planning
• Construction or asset management
• Windows Server / IIS
• Cloud, hybrid or on-prem application environments

You don't need to speak Polish — strong English is the key requirement.

The preference is for someone who can be in the Warsaw office around 3–4 days per week, although relocation from elsewhere in Europe can be considered for the right person.

Salary: PLN 150,000–225,000 gross per year
