For our client, a global company operating in the environmental compliance space, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Customer Service Data Specialist


Location: Warsaw, Śródmieście (3 days of work from the office, 2 days from home)


Responsibilities:


  • Communicate with internal and external customers to address inquiries and resolve issues related to registration documentation.
  • Manage the registration process for new customers across assigned countries.
  • Monitor and oversee the proper flow of cases within the CRM system, including verifying the completeness of documentation submitted by Account Managers.
  • Ensure timely processing of assigned tasks, monitor case statuses, perform follow-up activities, and identify and explain potential delays.
  • Participate in registration-related projects conducted for the global organization.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve operational issues and address ongoing process-related challenges.
  • Manage shared mailboxes and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Support the Coordinator in creating, updating, and standardizing process documentation, including work instructions, checklists, and procedures.
  • Independently execute registration processes for assigned countries.


Requirements:


  • Previous experience in an operational role, particularly in customer registration or document management, is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of business processes and CRM systems.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office package (especially MS Excel).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and proactive approach to work.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders in an international environment.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of an additional foreign language (e.g., German or French) will be considered an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
