Role Overview
The Expert will serve as the primary authority for interpreting, validating, and implementing client-specific requirements across projects and deliverables. This role ensures that all operational outputs strictly adhere to client guidelines, compliance standards, and quality benchmarks, while enabling seamless communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpretation & Documentation
- Analyze client-provided instructions, contracts, and specifications to create actionable workflows
- Maintain a centralized repository of client guidelines and update it regularly
- Execution & Quality Assurance
- Translate client requirements into operational SOPs and ensure adherence across teams
- Conduct audits and validations to confirm compliance with client expectations
- Stakeholder Management
- Act as the subject matter expert for client instructions during onboarding, reviews, and escalations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, GSO, HUB, Compliance & Tech) to resolve ambiguities
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify gaps in instruction interpretation and propose process enhancements
- Train internal teams on evolving client requirements and best practices
- Must have strong awareness of Generative AI (GenAI), including a solid understanding of AI capabilities, applications, and industry background
- Ability to define long term GenAI strategy aligned with business Goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is an advantage
- Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal); additional language skills will be an added advantage
- 7+ years of experience in operations
- Prior exposure to global client instructions and multi-country operations is a plus
Required Skills & Competency
- E2E knowledge of RD (OGRDS platform)
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Deep understanding of compliance, regulatory frameworks, and client-specific nuances
- Proficiency in tools for workflow management and reporting (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems)
