You will also work closely with Finance and Logistics teams to manage service-related costs, import/export processes, and operational requirements. Additionally, you will support Regional and Local Sales and Marketing teams by providing product service expertise, technical consultation, and customer support activities that contribute to business growth and customer satisfaction.
As part of this newly created role, you will help build and strengthen our service infrastructure in Korea, driving operational excellence and supporting the successful expansion of our IOS business in the region.
What We’re Looking For

You have hands-on experience supporting digital dental equipment, preferably Intraoral Scanners (IOS), and experience within the dental industry will be a distinct advantage. Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are essential, along with the ability to work effectively with regional and global stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
You are proactive, self-motivated, and customer-centric, with a passion for problem-solving and delivering exceptional service. The ability to learn new technologies and products quickly, manage multiple priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment is critical to success in this role.
A valid driver's license is preferred, as the role may require regular travel to customer sites and partner locations across Korea.
Why Join Us
