Base Location: 16th Street Branch (floating to all locations)

Starting Pay: $21.66/hour (based on experience) +

• $100.00 Stipend for float role
• Mileage Reimbursement
• Certified Spanish or Somali proficiency may qualify for an additional pay stipend

First Alliance Credit Union is seeking a Floating Member Account Advisor to provide exceptional member support across our branch locations and teams.

This is a dynamic, people-focused role for someone who enjoys variety, adapts quickly, and feels comfortable jumping in wherever they're needed. You'll help new and existing members open and manage accounts, identify lending opportunities, provide financial education, and connect members with solutions that support their financial goals, all while building relationships across First Alliance.

What You'll Do

• Support members and teams across multiple First Alliance locations
• Welcome new members and guide them through the account-opening process
• Help existing members open additional accounts and find solutions that fit their needs
• Identify lending opportunities and assist with select loan applications, closings, and funding
• Educate members on products, services, and tools that can help them reach their financial goals
• Assist with more complex transactions and account questions
• Build strong relationships with members and internal partners
• Provide backup support to our Contact Center and ASK Advisors
• Step into different environments and help create a consistent, exceptional member experience wherever you're working

Requirements:

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of member service or customer service experience
• At least 1 year of experience in financial services
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A basic understanding of lending and financial products and services
• A track record of working toward and achieving goals
• Ability to adapt quickly and work confidently with different teams and environments
• Comfort using technology and learning new systems and tools
• Flexibility to work across First Alliance locations based on business needs
