Location: Braga, Portugal (On-site)
Start Date: 23 April 2026
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:00
Contract: Full-time
About The Role
Join a professional customer service team in Braga, supporting German-speaking customers in a structured and stable weekday role. Ideal for candidates already based in Portugal seeking a long-term opportunity.
What You'll Do
- Provide support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Native / C2 German + good English level
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Base Salary: €1,055 gross x14 salaries
- Monthly Bonus: €100 gross x12
- Stable Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)
- Must already be based in Portugal (Braga/Aveiro area)
- No relocation support
- On-site role only
