What You'll Do

  • Help Bouygues Telecom customers via phone and digital channels.
  • Guide users with subscriptions, billing questions, and basic technical support.
  • Work on-site in Porto alongside an energetic, international team.

What We're Looking For

  • Language: Native or C2-level French.
  • Location: Based within 30 km of Porto (on-site position).
  • Profile: Strong communication skills, a helpful attitude, and a desire to learn.

Salary & Compensation (:€1,383 Gross/Month)

  • Base Salary: €930/month (paid 14 times per year).
  • Performance Bonus: Guaranteed €100/month for your first 3 months, then up to performance (paid 12 times per year).
  • Meal Allowance: €9 per working day.
