lisbon office: Flemish Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Hybrid)

We are looking for customer-oriented team members to join us with a start date of 03/08/2026.

What We Offer

• Base Salary: €1,400 / month
• Language Bonus: €150 / month
• Performance Bonus: Up to €100 / month
• Working Model: Hybrid (after the first 3 months)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 08:00 – 18:00 (No weekend shifts!)

Main Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Handle product and order-related queries effectively
• Manage after-sales support and ensure thorough customer follow-up
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate closely with international teams in a multicultural environment

What We Are Looking For

• Fluent in Flemish (C1/C2) and strong command of English (B2+)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude
• High adaptability and eagerness to learn
