Customer Support Specialist

I'm working with a prominent electronic supplier and distributor in Ronkonkoma, NY. They are looking for a an entry level Client Support Specialist to train/mentor to rise within their company.

This is a full-time, onsite role form the hours of 8:30am-5pm. The office is located in Ronkonkoma, NY 11779.

Responsibilities include communication with vendors and customers in a positive/professional manner, completing open order reports for customers, maintain and update orders, acknowledging and resolving customer concerns at first point of contact, and more.

This is a Temp-to-Perm role for the first few months before becoming a permanent role.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
• Good computer skills
• Comfortable working with clients
• Comfortable commuting to Ronkonkoma, NY
