Are you a superstar creative with a razor-sharp eye for detail

An InDesign wizard? An Illustrator pro? A Photoshop perfectionist?

If you love getting artwork just right, know your bleed from your crop marks, and enjoy mixing technical precision with creative flair — we want to hear from you

ABOUT US

We’re a small, friendly team with big ambitions. No egos, no nonsense — just a bunch of people who care about great work and enjoy what we do. We work with a wide mix of clients, from local independents to larger brands, and no two days are ever the same.

THE ROLE

This is a dual role — part artwork ninja, part creative thinker.

You’ll spend time:

  • Taking customer-supplied artwork and making it print-perfect
  • Checking, fixing, and prepping files for press
  • Proofing and making sure everything is spot-on before it goes out
  • Designing eye-catching work for a range of clients

It’s ideal for someone who enjoys both the technical craft of print and the creative side of design.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparing artwork for print (bleed, crop marks, colour setup — the works)
  • Running preflight checks and solving any issues
  • Working with CMYK and Pantones confidently
  • Merging data into artwork
  • Creating impositions where needed
  • Producing proofs and ensuring accuracy
  • Designing materials for print (and sometimes digital)
  • Juggling multiple projects and deadlines like a pro

ABOUT YOU

What We’re Looking For

  • Solid experience in a similar role
  • A deep understanding of pre-press and print processes
  • Someone who genuinely cares about detail (the small stuff matters here!)
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude

You’ll need to be seriously good with:

  • Adobe InDesign
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe Photoshop

Bonus points if you have experience with:

  • Packaging design
  • Web-to-print
  • Video editing

WHAT YOU'LL GET

  • competitive salary, subject to experience
  • 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays
  • Private healthcare
  • A relaxed, friendly studio environment
  • The chance to work on a wide variety of projects
  • Real input and ownership in your work
  • Opportunities to grow with us as we scale
