Position Overview

We are currently seeking a passionate and professional Intake Specialist to play a crucial role in the initial interactions with our potential new clients. The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor, exceptional attention to detail, a passion for assisting others, and a commitment to contributing to the growth of our firm.

Responsibilities

• Field new client calls;
• Document and organize information from new client inquiries;
• Create and maintain client files;
• Collaborate with our legal teams in setting up insurance claims and initiating new files;
• Guide clients through the onboarding process, explaining retainer contracts and intake paperwork;
• Review and respond to online inquiries in a timely, and
• Other responsibilities as required by legal teams and intake supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Previous experience in intake, sales, or other similar field;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, specifically in through phone and email;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
• Strong attention to detail; and
• Passionate about helping others and dedicated to excellence.

Previous intake experience, familiarity with personal injury concepts and terminology, and case management software experience preferred.
