We are seeking a Corporate Account Support Specialist to serve as a key point of contact for strategic corporate customers and internal stakeholders. In this role, you will support account management activities, resolve customer inquiries, manage contract and pricing data, and collaborate across multiple business functions to ensure a seamless customer experience. Job Description
The Corporate Account Support Specialist serves as the primary support partner for Corporate Account Managers and their assigned customers. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, customer relationship management, data administration, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal business partners to understand customer needs and expectations.
- Serve as a primary contact for customer inquiries related to products, pricing, credits, distribution, invoicing, and service-related concerns.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve customer issues while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to support efficient order-to-cash operations.
- Create, update, and maintain customer agreements, pricing structures, and rebate programs within internal business systems.
- Analyze and resolve invoice and pricing discrepancies in partnership with Finance, Sales, and other internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate customer account information and master data while ensuring data integrity across systems.
- Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams to support contract administration and review business-related financial information.
- Track projects, maintain documentation, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with additional operational projects as assigned.
- Handle sensitive business information with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, office administration, project coordination, account support, or a related business function.
- Experience interacting directly with customers and resolving service-related issues.
- Strong business acumen and financial understanding.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience supporting corporate or national accounts in a business-to-business environment.
- Advanced relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience working with SAP.
- Experience with Salesforce administration or CRM platforms.
- Agile project management experience.
- Proven ability to identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiencies.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Experience managing complex business operations, pricing programs, contracts, or customer data.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple projects and competing deadlines simultaneously.
