Technical Support Agent (m/f/d)

• Provide remote technical support from the office to customers, service partners, and field technicians through written case handling and live troubleshooting calls
• Diagnose and resolve issues on Hyperchargers using remote diagnostic tools, system logs, and technical documentation
• Guide on-site technicians remotely during troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair activities
• Manage and prioritize technical cases according to customer impact and defined Service Level Agreements
• Ensure accurate documentation, timely follow-up, and appropriate escalation of unresolved issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve troubleshooting procedures and service quality

• Technical education or relevant experience in technical support, maintenance, field service, or a comparable technical role
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to guide technicians remotely
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain effective in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
• Customer-focused, proactive, and structured approach to work
• Ability to work independently and within an international team
• Availability to work in a 24/7 shift-based support organization, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Experience with electrical systems, electronics, networking, ticketing systems, remote diagnostics, log analysis, or EV charging technology is considered an advantage
• Professional fluency in English and either German or French is mandatory

• Total compensation starting from € 38,000 gross per year, including a 20% variable bonus based on goal achievement
