Trilingual Customer Experience Specialist

• Provide support to customers in Spanish, English, and Portuguese through calls, chat, or email.
• Follow workflows and ensure accurate documentation of each interaction.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically to resolve inquiries and improve the customer experience.

Requirements
