Role Description: the Client Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bahrain Airport Duty-free, focused on delivering a premium client experience in the boutique. Day-to-day responsibilities include welcoming clients, understanding their needs, presenting collections, and providing informed guidance on products and services. The role involves high levels of customer satisfaction, including documentation and follow-up. The Client Advisor will also handle point-of-sale activities, maintain product displays, and collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and uphold brand standards.
Qualifications:
- Strong client-facing skills, including Client Relations and Customer Service, with a focus on building trust and loyalty.
- Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction, including managing client expectations and handling queries or concerns professionally.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey product features, heritage, and brand values clearly.
- Previous experience in luxury retail, jewellery, or high-end retail customer service is a must.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a polished, professional demeanor suitable for a luxury environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by boutique operations.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic or additional languages are an asset.
