Client Relations Analyst

Location: South Jordan, UT

Schedule: 12-Month Contract | Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Pay: $20-21/hour

Overview

We are hiring a Client Relations Analyst to investigate and respond to client complaints while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve client complaints.
• Draft clear and professional written responses.
• Ensure all communications meet compliance and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with Operations, Management, and other internal teams to resolve issues.
• Manage multiple cases while meeting deadlines.
• Provide phone support on a rotating basis (approximately one day per week).
• Assist with operational tasks, including settlement processing, privacy opt-out requests, and special projects.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow internal procedures.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong grammar, proofreading, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Professional phone and customer service skills.

Preferred

• Experience in banking, brokerage, financial services, or operations.
• Knowledge of complaint resolution or client support processes.
• Experience working in a regulated environment.
