Persian-Speaking User Operations Specialist

Location: Türkiye （three days onsite and two days remote per week）

About the Role

We are looking for a Persian-speaking User Operations Specialist to support Persian-speaking users across Europe. You will communicate directly with users, collect feedback, localize content, and develop culturally relevant campaigns that improve user engagement and experience.

Candidates based in Istanbul or able to work within the Türkiye time zone are preferred. Remote working arrangements may be considered based on the candidate’s location and the company’s employment eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication with Persian-speaking users across Europe and provide timely user support.
• Collect, organize, and communicate user feedback to relevant teams to support product and feature improvements.
• Translate and proofread Persian and multilingual content, ensuring that it is natural, accurate, and culturally appropriate.
• Plan and execute localized campaigns based on the cultural preferences and user behavior of Persian-speaking communities across Europe.
• Monitor campaign and user-operation data, identify issues, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with product, content, marketing, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in Persian, with a strong understanding of Persian-speaking cultures and communities.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Strong communication, cross-cultural collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic data-analysis skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, or similar tools.
• Able to work effectively in a remote and cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in user operations, community operations, customer support, live-streaming, social entertainment, or voice-chat products.
• Proficiency in Turkish or another European language is a plus.
• Currently based in Istanbul, Türkiye, or a compatible European time zone.
