Customer Service - English Speaker (Night Shift)

Actual Working Shift: 9-hour shift (7.5 working hours + 1-hour meal break + 30-minute utility breaks)

Days Off: Fixed off on Sunday and 01 additional rotating day off per week

Project Operating Hours: Mon–Fri: 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM Sat: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

You Will:

• Handle customer inquiries via calls, email, chat, and messaging channels.
• Resolve customer issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive service experience. Escalate urgent or complex cases to the relevant teams when necessary.
• Stay updated on products, processes, and customer service guidelines to deliver effective support

You Have:

• Graduated from Bachelor Degree or equivalent academic level
• Fluency in English - B2 and above (speaking, listening, writing, and reading) - working 100% English
