We're partnering with a well-established Colorado Springs industrial equipment company seeking an Inside Sales & Customer Support Representative to join its growing team.

What You'll Do

Your first several months will focus on learning the business while becoming an essential part of the customer support team. Responsibilities include:

• Assist customers by phone and email with product inquiries and order support
• Process quotes, purchase orders, and customer orders
• Coordinate shipping, deliveries, and order updates
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
• Partner with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service
• Learn products, systems, and industry knowledge to prepare for future sales opportunities

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Experience processing orders or supporting customers
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• A positive attitude and desire to learn a technical industry
