Service Sales Support Manager

Your Role: Own the Challenge

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the sales organization, the service team, and customers throughout the entire quotation process by creating technical offers for the products and technologies used. Every day, you will determine costs, prepare final documentation, and serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will showcase your skills by collaborating with the service team to formulate proposals, establish maintenance plans, and monitor internal projects.

• Supporting the local sales organization and customers in identifying the most technically suitable and cost-effective solutions. You will create precise technical/commercial offers based on customer specifications and the sales organization's guidelines.
• Managing internal coordination for the local service office regarding spare parts management and the creation and tracking of offers and maintenance plans. You will ensure that all processes run efficiently and on time, as agreed.
• Maintaining direct contact with customers through various communication channels and working closely with internal departments such as sales, service, order processing, and product management to ensure smooth execution.
• Documenting all activities, plans, and follow-ups in the central CRM tool, Salesforce, and ensuring transparent and seamless communication within the organization.

What It Takes To Run What Runs The World

• Technical education at the HTL level (Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Automation Technology) with a commercial background, as well as 1-3 years of professional experience in technical sales support in the field of drive technology.
• Very good MS Office skills and proficient use of common MS Office programs.
• Experience with the CRM tool Salesforce.
• Fluent German (C1) and advanced English (B1) skills
• A class B driver's license is desirable.
• Personally, you place great value on customer orientation and specialize in cost-conscious thinking and action, initiative, effective communication and representation skills, organizational skills, and teamwork.

In accordance with the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry in Austria, the minimum salary for this position is € 3.450 gross per month as of May 2026. There is a clear willingness to offer compensation above the collectively agreed minimum salary, depending on qualifications and experience.
