We're looking for Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join an exciting international e-commerce project representing one of Europe's leading fashion and technology platforms.

• Be the friendly first point of contact for customers via phone, email and chat
• Help with orders, payments, deliveries and complaints
• Find smart solutions and make sure every customer gets a great experience

What we're looking for

• Fluent Norwegian and good English
• A customer-focused and positive attitude
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with different digital tools
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
