Network Specialist-Customer Outreach

BlueWater Federal is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support DISA operations in the Columbus, OH area. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for initial customer interactions and follow through of service orders. This role supports the swing shift(2-10pm).

Responsibilities

• Provide initial customer interaction and follow through of service orders.
• Enter the service request details into DISA Storefront (DSF) to initiate a telecommunications service request.
• Perform customer interaction with exceptional service before/after DISA Storefront (DSF) entry.
• Engage with the customer to provide assistance if the service request is incomplete or requirements are unclear.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• 2+ years of military experience in communications or a related technical field, 2+ years in an accredited technical training program with at least 1 year of experience in communications or a related field, or 2+ years of experience in communications or a related technical field.
• Must be able to work the swing shift (2pm-10pm)
