Job Description
MCR Medical Supply is hiring an e-Commerce Customer Experience & Communications Specialist for a temp-to-hire, on-site opportunity on the west side of Columbus.
We are a small, fast-growing e-commerce company with about 15 employees, 18 years in business, and a workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work. Our 750+ products are sold on our website, Amazon, and eBay. Our office is bright, open, collaborative, and filled with natural light, plant walls, modern workstations, and a team that supports one another.
This role is ideal for someone who likes helping people, learning new things, writing clearly, solving problems, and working closely with a team. You will support customers by phone, email, and online portals while also contributing to external communications such as FAQs, blog posts, Amazon ads, tutorials, and customer messages.
What You Will Do
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, online portals, and marketplace channels
- Help customers with product questions, recommendations, orders, returns, exchanges, and troubleshooting
- Learn our product lines and communicate product features clearly and accurately
- Write and update FAQs, blog content, customer messages, and other external communications
- Support Amazon, e-commerce, and special projects that improve the customer experience
- Collaborate with a small team and pitch in where needed

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College degree is not required
- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, food service, sales, call center, or administrative experience is helpful
- Comfort with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, internet research, and learning new platforms
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills
Compensation and Benefits
- $17-$20/hour, depending on experience
