We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to clients while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in administrative and operational processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, on-site work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, transactions, and feedback.
  • Maintain and update records in internal systems with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to enhance customer service and operational skills.
  • Complete assigned individual tasks within established deadlines.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide regular updates on task progress and case status.

Potential Roles You May Be Assigned

Depending on business needs and your strengths, you may be placed in one of the following roles:

Case Manager

  • Manage legal cases from intake through resolution.
  • Ensure timely communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Monitor compliance requirements and maintain organized case documentation.

Intake Specialist

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and inquiries from potential clients.
  • Conduct initial consultations and gather necessary information.
  • Accurately document and route qualified leads to the appropriate department.

Medical Records Requestor

  • Request and obtain medical records through designated vendors.
  • Track record requests and follow up to ensure timely receipt.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with data protection standards.

Data Entry Specialist

  • Input and update information in internal systems with precision.
  • Verify data accuracy and consistency across records.
  • Support document digitization and confidential file management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong digitization and document management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to complete tasks quickly while maintaining high accuracy.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate task status clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe PDF tools.
  • English proficiency at B2 level (strong written and verbal communication skills).
  • Willingness to work 100% on-site.
