Iperium is supporting Exclusive Networks with the recruitment of Junior Renewals Specialists for its new ServiceNow Sales Centre of Excellence in Citywest. These are excellent opportunities for people early in their careers to develop expertise in subscription renewals, customer retention and recurring revenue.

The role

• Support the management of upcoming ServiceNow renewals across an assigned portfolio.

• Contact partners and internal stakeholders ahead of contract expiry dates.

• Maintain accurate renewal information, forecasts and activity records.

• Identify potential renewal risks and escalate them when appropriate.

• Support the preparation of renewal quotations and commercial documentation.

• Work with Customer Success and sales teams to support retention and identify growth opportunities.

What we are looking for

• Early experience in customer service, sales support, account management, administration or another commercial environment.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

• Confidence working with deadlines, data and multiple stakeholders.

• A proactive, customer-focused and dependable approach.

• Experience in technology, SaaS or renewals would be useful but is not essential.
