Job Purpose & Scope

Responsible for reviewing and processing maintenance forms submitted by retail branch staff, preparing and sending bank documentation through DocuSign, and the imaging of bank and customer documents according to bank policy, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Essential Job Functions

  • Processes and verifies varying Maintenance forms according to bank policy, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Processes DocuSign requests from retail branch staff and sends follow-up emails
  • Assists retail branch staff with inquiries related to DocuSign
  • Responsible for accurately imaging documents submitted by retail branch staff
  • Provides support to Specialty Business Unit for document imaging
  • Processes all daily, weekly, monthly Maintenance/DocuSign reports
  • Performs all other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • General knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Foundational knowledge of all BANK OZK deposit account types and product offerings
  • Foundational knowledge of Certificates of Deposit including interest rates, maturity periods, and CD penalties
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to adapt effectively to change and repeated interruptions
  • Ability to work extended hours if necessary
  • Skill in using computer and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Basic Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience with PCs, typing and using the internet required.
