Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative responsibilities:
- Respond to and triage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers, retailers, dealers, and distribution centres
- Provide customers with timely order updates, shipment information, and delivery status updates
- Process customer orders accurately within the company's ERP system
- Prepare production paperwork, labels, work instructions, and supporting documentation
- Coordinate with manufacturing, production, shipping, and internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Investigate and resolve customer issues while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Proactively communicate updates to customers, particularly when delays or challenges arise
- Follow up consistently to ensure customer inquiries and concerns are fully resolved
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and documentation
- Support internal administrative functions related to order management and production processes
- Contribute to a collaborative and team-oriented office environment
- Previous experience in customer service, client services, order management, customer support, or a related role
- Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, warehousing, logistics, or distribution environment is considered a strong asset.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to build positive customer relationships and deliver outstanding service
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Accountability, reliability, and excellent attendance
- Sound judgment and the ability to assess situations and make decisions independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, and comfort learning new systems and technology
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, warehousing, logistics, or distribution environments is considered a strong asset
- Customer-focused mindset with a reputation for proactive follow-up and responsiveness
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
- The discussed salary range is $60,000 - $70,000.
