- Resolve customer inquiries, technical issues, and concerns promptly and effectively
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and provide clear instructions for problem resolution
- Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in our support system
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to deliver the best possible support.
