Qualifications

• Fluency in English (reading, writing). Read, write, and speak English at Level 4 (fluency)
• Knowledge of MS Office, Email, Internet, and Customer Service experience
• The ability to present information orally and in written format (i.e., marketing, correspondence, minutes, professional emails, etc.)
• Effective interaction with various individuals is imperative

Job Description

• Planning, programming, managing, and executing all functions necessary to provide Family Advocacy Program Services
• Administrative actions (material requisitioning, Quality Control, financial control, meetings, and correspondence)
• Prepare reports, schedule training, and maintain the database
