What You’ll Do
Responsible for 1st and 2nd level Technical Support on services delivered to SME & Corporate customers
- Call reception for technical issues
- Management of technical customer requests related on Fixed, Cloud, IoT, SDWAN and Firewall services.
- 1st and 2nd level technical troubleshooting on Fixed, Cloud & IoT services
- Phone support to field technicians that visit customers premises
- Monitoring and proactive management of VIP customers’ circuits
- Technical escalation to 3rd Level support upon SLA violation
- At least 2 years of experience in technical support on fixed services
- University or College degree
- Excellent knowledge in xDSL/ FTTx technology and mobile networks
- Excellent level of Greek and English language (oral and written) and excellent knowledge in MS Office
- Customer obsessed with emphasis on quality
- Team player with analytical skills and high levels of self-motivation & “can do” attitude
