What You Can Expect

• Development and standardization of training concepts for the PCM brands with a focus on blended learning (e-learnings, tests, videos)
• Planning, organization and delivery of technical train-the-trainer programs and specific trainings for service managers and cruise line technicians
• Support for country organizations and global customers in trainings, online conferences and other knowledge transfer activities
• Service partner management including onboarding of new partners, ensuring compliance with service guidelines, and support with certifications and audits
• Global 3rd-level technical support (phone, email, on-site), including gathering information from the field and support in escalation cases
• Planning and execution of international assignments (especially for cruise lines), including travel reports and follow-up of resulting actions
• Participation in Global Service projects and continuous improvement of support processes, service quality, and transparency on service levels and KPIs

What You Need To Succeed With Us

• Completed vocational training as an electrical technician or mechatronics technician with further qualification
• Several years of experience in technical service or technical product management, ideally with train-the-trainer qualification and experience with coffee machines
• Solid technical understanding of technical devices, with an analytical, structured way of working and strong communication skills
• Practical experience in delivering trainings, methodical troubleshooting and blended learning concepts
• Confident handling of common software and Office 365 tools
• Intercultural competence, independent working style and willingness to travel internationally
• Strong persuasive and assertiveness skills in cross-country and cross-brand projects, as well as very good German and English skills
