Customer Support Specialist (Dutch Speaking)

As part of our expansion across Europe, we’re looking for a Dutch speaking Customer Support Specialists to join our high performing, customer centric teams. 💼 What you’ll be doing

• Guide new clients through onboarding and implementation journeys
• Act as a trusted partner, ensuring customers get maximum value from the product
• Deliver a high quality customer experience across multiple touchpoints
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and client satisfaction
• Build strong, long lasting relationships with customers

These roles play a key part in ensuring successful adoption and a seamless customer experience from day one

✅ What we’re looking for

• Experience in customer facing roles (Onboarding, Success, Support, or Account Management)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, solution oriented mindset
• High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
• Confidence delivering training, guidance, or product support to clients

🌐 Language requirements

We are actively hiring candidates who are fluent in Dutch

👉 Plus strong English for internal collaboration

(Language fluency is essential as you’ll be working directly with customers in your market.)
