Tronair is seeking a motivated and service-minded Customer Experience Representative to join our energetic and collaborative Sales Team. In this role, you’ll be a critical voice for our customers, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to responsiveness, accuracy, and exceptional service. The right candidate will bring a passion for problem-solving, strong communication skills, and a desire to deliver strong customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, solution-oriented support in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Process customer quotes, orders, and modifications in line with established procedures
- Proactively address customer inquiries and work to resolve issues with empathy and efficiency
- Manage a high volume of incoming emails and calls, ensuring clear, prompt, and courteous communication
- Recognize opportunities to promote additional products or services that add value to our customers
- Stay informed on product updates and service offerings
- Clearly communicate product and service features to help customers make informed decisions
- Identify trends in customer feedback and share insights to support continuous improvement
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- A genuine enthusiasm for helping customers succeed
- Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and a collaborative mindset, consistently following through on responsibilities with reliability and punctuality.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales (a plus, but not required)
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and digital tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication tools (email, CRM platforms, etc.)
- Routinely sit, sometimes for extended periods, and work on a computer
- The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds infrequently.
- Occasionally walk to the manufacturing area where the noise level is louder.
