Job DescriptionThe Technical Support Specialist provides technical and operational support for Dean's Office activities, processes, student engagement initiatives, medical education operations, and institutional events. The role supports the effective use of data management processes, digital workflows, reporting activities, and operational coordination to ensure efficient delivery of Dean's Office services. Technical and Systems Support Provide technical support for Dean's Office operations, including management of digital records, electronic workflows, and databases. Support the implementation and maintenance of technology-enabled processes that improve operational efficiency. Coordinate document management, electronic filing systems, and information repositories to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Operational Support Support day-to-day operational activities of the Dean's Office and assist with coordination of internal processes and projects. Support procurement, inventory tracking, and operational resource management activities as assigned. Events and Program Support Provide technical and logistical support for conferences, workshops, ceremonies, leadership events, and college activities. General Responsibilities Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity of institutional information. Maintain compliance with university policies, procedures, and operational standards. Perform other technical and operational support duties as assigned by the Dean's Office leadership.
