Based in Højbjerg, Aarhus, you will provide hands-on IT support to a large manufacturing and distribution environment while collaborating with a global IT community. Supporting approximately 800+ users across manufacturing, warehouse, and office locations, you will play a critical role in maintaining the operational health of site infrastructure, end-user devices, and workplace technology.
As the local face of IT, you will help ensure users remain productive, incidents are resolved efficiently, and technology initiatives are successfully delivered across the Nordic region.
How You Will Do It
In this role, you will combine technical expertise with customer-focused service to support day-to-day operations and long-term IT initiatives.
- Provide support for end-user hardware, software, and workplace technologies.
- Deliver hands-on support for IT-owned site infrastructure and end-user devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents while taking ownership through to resolution.
- Manage PC lifecycle activities including deployment, installation, maintenance, refresh, and decommissioning.
- Maintain accurate asset inventory records and ensure stockroom operations align with global standards.
- Operate within IT Service Management processes, including incident, problem, and change management using ServiceNow.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and company policies.
- Build strong relationships with both technical and non-technical users through proactive communication and customer service.
- Experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, IT Field Service, or similar technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
- Experience troubleshooting of PC hardware, laptops, peripherals, and end-user devices.
- Foundational knowledge of networking concepts, including:
- IP addressing
- DNS
- DHCP
- Network routing
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and collaboration abilities.
- Fluent Danish and English, both written and spoken.
