Are you passionate about customer support, digital marketing, and solving complex technical issues? We're looking for Customer Support Specialists with Google Ads experience to join our team in Gurugram.

📍 Location: Downtown, Gurugram

💰 CTC: Up to ₹5.2 LPA

🕒 Shift: Night Shift (24/7 Rotational)

📅 Working Days: 5 Days/Week

📆 Batch Joining: 1st Week of August

Eligibility

✔ Graduate in any discipline

✔ 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service/BPO

✔ Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Google Ads

✔ Experience in a Blended Process (Voice, Chat & Email)

✔ Excellent English communication skills (B2 Level)

✔ Assessment Score Required: 65

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions across Voice, Chat, and Email.
• Troubleshoot Google Ads issues, including campaign setup, billing, ad disapprovals, and conversion tracking.
• Deliver first-call resolution through effective problem-solving and case analysis.
• Review historical case data to identify root causes and provide accurate solutions.
• Use AI-assisted tools to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Maintain process adherence, documentation, follow-ups, and case management.
• Drive high customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional support.

Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to multitask across multiple systems and CRM tools.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Merchant Center is an added advantage.
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and process compliance.
