Key Responsibilities
- Provides ongoing support to members in the assigned geographic area.
- Problemsolves, manages and responds appropriately to all inquiries via phone, email and inperson.
- Collaborates to ensure effective support of parents, troops, and volunteers.
- Optimizes the use of technology, including Salesforce and webbased video conferencing to provide to support members.
- Utilizes data analysis software to track, organize and analyze membership information.
- Supports GSSEM's overall customer support plan by assisting customers via retail curbside as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including regularly working evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated skill in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn additional software programs as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree with a concentration in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Ability to travel to GSSEM service centers and meetings throughout the designated territories.
Physical Activities: Climbing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, keyboard, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.
Physical Demands: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and or up-to 10 to 20 pounds of force frequently.
Visual Activity Required: Heavy activity: Preparing and analyzing data and figures and using a computer terminal, laptop and tablet.
Working Conditions: Activities occur both in office and outdoors.
